The flagship VTD product was produced for US Airways simulating its Airbus A330 aircraft complete with fully integrated FMGS, autoflight, EFIS and ECAM simulations. It included high-fidelity FCU and MCDU tactile devices, a complete 2D overhead panel and forty (40) systems-level malfunctions, all contained on a specially designed, instructional work area.
The product includes a powerful, and user-friendly coursware authoring toolset called EZ-Author. This toolset comes standard with all Tricom products and was specifically designed to take full advantage of the wide array of training and instructionally-focused features standard in all Tricom freeplay simulations.
Tricom's EZ-Author toolset enables you to quickly author highly effective, simulation-based coursware, tutorial and help. In addition, courseware content created using EZ-Author can be delivered across a LAN, over the internet or via CD/DVD distribution. |
